SaMASZ make their own cutterbars (as well as making them for some other big mower brands) so they have complete control of the design, and their PerfectCUT Cutterbar is one of the best on the market. It has thick 25mm gears, which have 4 tooth engagement, and their quick change modules are super easy to change along with sort timing of the full cutterbar once replaced. They also have 3 layers of protection - the first skid plate, then another replaceable one under that which protects the cutter bar between the modules, then the cutter bar itself (some other models only have one skid plate so the cutterbar is exposed)
